Q: Do you need power or water from us?
A: No we are completely self contained.
Q: How many people can you serve?
A: For private catering we usually serve 30-125 ish guests.
Q: How long does it take to serve my guests?
A: Depending on the complexity of the menu, we usually serve 40-50 guests per hour.
Q: Can you accommodate guests with food allergies?
A: Most of the time, however this will need to be discussed prior to booking.
Q: Where do you park?
A: Client agrees to provide the following: Adequate parking and maneuverability of the truck is 26 ft. X 7.5 ft. With an additional 5.6 ft. For awning clearance and service is on the passenger side of the truck. Please take into consideration the truck must sit as level(flat) as possible . * Note parking on the street is not always allowed by all municipalities.
Q: Do I get a refund if not all my guests show up?
A: Sorry we can not guarantee your guest list, we bring ingredients for the amount of guests you book.
Q: Do we need our own plates, napkins, and silverware?
A: No we provide all disposable dishware, napkins, and silverware.
Q: Do you provide table service, tables and chairs, tents, or bar service?
A: No.... We focus our attention on the food.
Q: What time do you arrive ?
A: Typically one hour before service time.
Q: Do you provide trash cans ?
A: Waste cans and trash outside of the truck are usually left up to you. However if you don't have the means, for an additional charge we may be able to help.
CORPORATE Business faqs
Q: Do we have to pay to for our employees or can they self pay?
A: Depending on location we can offer self pay to your business location as long as you have 50 or more employees participating from the truck.
Q: Do you provide drinks?
A: Water and pop are available at additional cost.
Q: Where do you park ?
A: Client agrees to provide the following: Adequate parking and maneuverability of the truck is 26 ft. X 7.5 ft. With an additional 5.6 ft. For awning clearance and service is on the passenger side of the truck. Q: Do we need you to fill out a temporary food license to have your truck?
A. No... We have a mobile food license good for anywhere in the State of Ohio.
Q: Can you set up the day before our event?
A: Due to local heath department regulations temperature regulated equipment and the food inside must be monitored.
Q: How many people can you serve?
A: Depending on the length of the event we usually handle 200 people.
Q: What time do you arrive ?
A: Typically one hour before service time.
